IIRSM ANNUAL LUNCH

Attened the annual lunch at the House of Lords.
Interesting to hear the speech from the Chair of yhe HSE.
The main seeker from a Judge gave us food for thought on how the law is interpreted on Health and Safety, Consumer an Common Duties. The main point was the inconsistency on judgements by fellow colleagues and that parliament made need to re look at the statutory instruments.
